This Privacy Policy describes how Nicelive, a project jointly managed by Bianco Elia (VAT IT05237440754) and Larini Stefano (VAT IT05235150751), hereinafter “Nicelive” or “Co-controllers”, collects and processes the personal data of users who visit our website and use the contact form.

5. Processing Methods

Data is processed using electronic tools with appropriate security measures (Art. 32 GDPR) including HTTPS, firewall, protected backups and periodic CMS updates.

5.1 Place of Processing

Data is processed on the servers of the hosting provider Serverplan S.r.l., located in Italy (Lazio region). Data is not transferred outside the European Union, except as indicated in the section regarding Google Analytics. Processing is carried out exclusively by authorized personnel and by external parties acting as data processors.

6. Data Retention

  • Contact form data: up to 12 months from the last contact
  • Technical data: for the duration necessary for security purposes
  • Google Analytics data: 14 months (minimum recommended setting)
  • Cookies: according to the durations indicated by Complianz

7. Data Recipients

  • Google LLC (Google Analytics 4 service)
  • Hosting provider: Serverplan S.r.l. (Italy)
  • Site tools: WordPress, Contact Form 7, Polylang, Complianz
  • Technical professionals supporting Nicelive (under NDA)

Data is not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

8. Transfers Outside the EU

Google Analytics 4 may involve data transfers to the United States. Such transfers are carried out on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and the additional technical measures provided by Google.

9. Minors

The Nicelive.it website is not intended for minors under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from minors. If a parent or guardian believes that a minor has provided us with personal data, they can contact us to request immediate removal.
