Clear quote
We prepare a detailed quote that lists exactly what we will build, with what structure and at what price. We only deliver what is written in the quote. If something is not included, you know before we start.
Gathering materials
If you accept the quote, we ask for the necessary information: texts, photos, logos, access credentials or any other useful material. We tell you exactly what we need, so you do not waste time.
Implementation
We start building the project. During development, we share a dashboard with you where you can see the progress in real time: what has been done, what is in progress and what is left.
Delivery and documentation
We deliver the project ready and working, with the documentation you need to use it on your own. We explain how to manage the content, where to find the important things and what to do if you need help.
After delivery
The relationship does not end with delivery. There are two paths, depending on your needs.
Self-management
If you prefer to manage everything yourself, we leave you the complete documentation and instructions to operate on your own. The project is yours and you can do whatever you want with it.
Maintenance and support
If you prefer ongoing support, we can take care of updates, security, backups and small fixes. This way the project stays up to date and working without you having to worry about it.
Step-by-step development
Not all projects start fully complete. For web platforms and more complex solutions, we often work in successive steps: we start with the essential core and add features as the business grows and needs become clearer.
This approach has a practical advantage: you do not invest right away in features you are not sure you will need. Each step is agreed upon, quoted and delivered before moving to the next one.

What happens if the project changes mid-way?
If new needs come up, we evaluate them together. If they fall within the scope of the quote, we include them. If they go beyond it, we prepare a supplementary quote before proceeding. No surprises.
Do I have to provide the content myself?
Ideally yes, because no one knows your business better than you. But if you have difficulty with the texts, we can help you prepare them as an extra service.
How long does it take?
It depends on the type and complexity of the project. A simple website can be ready in a few weeks. A more complex platform takes longer and is developed step by step. We always include a time estimate in the quote.
Can I see the project before final delivery?
Yes. During development we share previews and updates through the dashboard and via email. We do not arrive at delivery with surprises.
